I am looking for information regarding my grandfather, Patrick M. Casey, born @ 1891 to Maurice Casey and Ann Brien (O'Brien). I have a record of him and his family in Kilnanare's 1901 and 1911 censuses. I was told that he was a code specialist who was trained in England and then emigrated on through Halifax, Nova Scotia. Somewhere around 1932, he married Helen C Casey, a school teacher, and they lived in Yonkers, New York.
There is a major chuck of time missing between the 1911 census and then. He may have been in Chicago. His siblings were Ellie, Mary, Maurice, Hannah and Michael.
Three remained in Ireland and married: Michael married Babs, Mary married Riordan (may have been a police officer) and Johanna married Tom Wren.
Any info you could provide about my grandfather's whereabouts would be much appreciated. (I have already exhausted ancestry.com, helensfamilytree.com and they parish records for Kerry through Irishgeneolgy.com)
