I'd dearly love to know anything about my gt gt gt grandfather John Walsh [or Welch] and his daughter Catherine (b. 1830). I don't know which county they were from, but by 1851 they had moved to England where Catherine had married Mark Taylor. For a while they were living in Ashton-u-Lyne, Lancashire. By 1861 they were living in Sheffield.
