Searching for Timothy Fitzpatrick and his wife Ellen O'Neill whom we believe had their origins in County Cork. We've matched with cousins via DNA who've researched their ancestry to Cork. Timothy was born 1818-1820, left Ireland about 1848 & went to USA. Their first child, Jeremiah, per family lore, was born on the ocean on their way to USA. Census shows Jeremiah born in NH.

Looking for info on ggrandfather Patrick READY born possibly Cty Cork 1847-1849. Was told READY spelling unusual in Ireland as name usual spelling REIDY. Cork may have been where he sailed from. Supposed to have come over in 1862, during American Civil War, when he was 15. Not sure which port he came through. In Ohio at least byh 1869. He may be related to READYS in Ohio cities such as Cleveland, Barberton, Mansfield, East Liverpool, Mineral Point(now Mineral City),Leetonia
