I am looking for my Irish ancestor who I believe was Robert O'Neal who immigrated from Ulster around 1790. His family ended up in Tennessee by the late 1790s, but it was always said through the family history that he came from Ireland. Are there any ship manifests that I could look at from around that time? I would think covering the 1780-1795 time frame might be the best bet.
