My Mother,the late Eileen O'Brien was brought up in Youghall.Her father John O'brien was killed in first world war when H.M.S. Laurentic was sunk off lough Swilly. Mum was brought up in south Cross Lane Youghal along with her two sisters by her Grandmother Kate Webster. Would love to hear from anyone with any family information or about the Laurentic.
