Post my Irish ancestry
I posted some years ago asking if anyone can help with our mystery O’Driscoll and some people replied but I have changed my email address so hopefully someone will remember me. I have made some progress but the mystery continues and any help would be appreciated please.
My grandfather William aka Daniel O’Driscoll was born in kilblafer, Cork, in 1909. I’m trying to find out where William was on the 1911 census. He should be with his mother, Mary and older brother, John, but he’s nowhere to be found. His father is on the census living with a relative and he states he’s married and has one child. Mary died in about 1916. I have William’s birth, marriages and death certificates, army records and a couple of photos. But I’d like to see any other photos of him and also find him or his family on the census. Only 3 of his Mum’s family had their births registered.
Can anyone please help?
