I am trying to find the descendants of Rev. Robert Alexander Simmons. I have a great deal of research I would like to share.

His death took place suddenly at his home, the Junction, Kilskeery, in February 1980. The funeral service took place in Christ Church, Trillick.

The late Rev. R.A. Simmons was instituted Rector of Kilskeery in
December 1955 and of the adjoining parish, Trillick, in 1967, with
Kiliskeery following He retired from active ministry on July 30 1972.

Mr Simmons was born at Aughnacloy. In 1935 he became curate of St John's Wallasey, Cheshire for three years After the war, he became
Vicar of St. Andrews Watford and after the death of his first wife he returned to Northern Ireland and
was instituted Rector of Kilskeery. He is survived by his second wife June,
daughters, Margaret and Kitty (Mrs Harnell) and by sons Geoffrey and
Peter, also sisters, Mrs McClements, Mrs Hetherly and Mrs Quan.
