I am saerching for my 4th Great- Grandfather and Great Grandmother - Robert Ralph and Susannah Mary Ardell.
Robert (abt 1787-unknown) and Susannah (1791-unknown) were both born in Ireland - presumably Tipperary. We think Susannah's father was named William.
Robert had at least 1 brother, James Robert who was born 1775 in Tipperary. James married Ellen Ardell. I am not certain whether or not the 2 Ardell girls were related.
Robert and Susannah had 5 sons; William, Wesley, Charles, Thomas (1807 in Ireland - March 1851 in Quebec, Canada) and Robert A (1816, Borrisokane, Tipperary, Ireland - 1906, Ontario, Canada).
Any assistance on the Ardell girls or of the families of William, Wesley and Charles would be greatly appreciated.
