I am looking to find out where my name hails from. So far ive traced it through scottish records to a James Mackin born in 1833 in ireland.james moved to stirling scotland.others on census in same house were from westport,i was wondering if james wasin 1901 census he was 68yrs old.he would be my great great grandfather.
