i am researching the Grimes Family from Moorestown Kilfinnane. John Grimes leased property from Bryan and later John and James O'Donnell in Moorestown. this property later was transferred to Edmond and Daniel Grimes. other family members listed as leasing property from the O'Donnell family in Moorestowm include Ellen, Margaret and Edward. edmund Grimes was married to Ellen Dunworth in the 1850's

Sean sorry for not responding sooner. yes i believe there is a family connection. my great grandmother was Mary grimes. She was born in 1860. i believe your grandmother Eileen[Nell] may have been her niece. i sent a photo of Nellie Grimes let me know if she is your grandmother. regards Jim
