Kilkenny (county)
Really struggling finding information about a Burke family, who moved to Liverpool:
Patrick Burke, born c. 1832 in Kilkenny married a Margaret, also born c. 1832. They had two daughters, Mary, born 1858 in Kilkenny and Margaret, born 1862 also in Kilkenny. The family are on the 1871 England census and live at 18 Davies St., Liverpool. Kilkenny appears in the 'Birthplace' of the family on this census. Also, Margaret (younger) is on the 1881 census as a Margaret Viguie (widowed), living in Manchester and her birthpace is registered here as Kilkenny too - she is my direct relation.
Whilst in Liverpool, Patrick and Margaret had another daughter, Catherine born in 1875.
If anybody is able to find anything about Patrick Burke or Margaret (elder) e.g. marriage, Marg's maiden name or the two girls births , where living, when came over etc. I would be truly grateful as I am struggling now!
