Kildare (county)
I'm looking for William Behan, born around 1800 and his son Edward Behan, born about 1821. Edward married an Anne Quinn before 1843 and had Ann Behan (1843), William Behan (1845) and Patrick Behan (1849). The family moved over to Manchester between 1849 and 1858 where the name became Bain/Baine/Bains.
The family was Roman Catholic. I am also only assuming the name Behan (it may have other variations). The records in England state Kings County as the place of their birth, but I noticed there are more Behans in Kildare and I have not been totally succesful in Offaly.

I am also looking for some records on William Behan who married Maria about 1815 and had a son also named William born 1816 who ended up coming to live in Australia.
