Can anyone explain more about this data base? I read that many of the names found there no longer have extant wills but do some? And where do I find them? I have a Robert Finlay who died in 1817 and who is listed in the Irish Index of Wills - how do I determine if his will still exists - and what does the * asterisk next to some names mean? His name Robert Finlay is one with an * asterisk.
