Looking for info on George and Margaret(nee Reynolds)Doherty. They lived in
Garrygort, Co. Donegal from approx 1864-1910. They had at least 5 children--
Rosy, Jane, Margaret, George and John. I did find Rosy and Jane's birth
dates and the civil registration at that time was Kilmacrenan but after 1865
I was not able to find anything for Kilmacrenan. I was wondering if anyone
knows if the civil registration changed and if so to what place.

What's Rose Doherty's birthdate? My husband's great-grandmother was Rose (or Rose Ann/Roisin) Doherty and she was born abt. 1862 in Donegal. Chances are yours is not our Rose because she may have been born in Buncrana, though it seems that his family moved around a lot.
