Toomey family from Fermoy area
My Great Great Grandmother was Fanny Toomey,1843-190, who married a soldier from the Fermoy Barracks. Can anyone tell me more about her family or where they may have married. Any information on Fermoy in the 1860's?

I am looking from John Donovan who married Mary Toomey in Ireland, and all I know is that they were from County Cork.. John Donovan was bout about 1804 and Mary Toomey about 1820, Any help here would be appreciated. They imigarated to the US in 1850 to Massachusetts and from there into Michigan..
