Anyone doing research on the Baldwin family from Cork I would like to hear from you. Despite there being a detailed family tree in Burkes Landed Gentry there are still many gaps and I as yet I can’t find my Henry Baldwin who was born aprox 1810-20 in Cork and who was a Captain in the Army. So the more of you out there that have any bits of information about the Baldwin’s can you let me know and maybe we can all expand our family trees further.

we have a Henry Baldwin, of Curravody, father of our ancestor Alice. Alice married Rev. John Madras, Chancellor of the Diocese of Ross
in 1768. Is this the same line as yours? Would love some background if you have time.

Linda I saw your message. My Gt Gma (5) was Elizabeth Baldwin, sister of Henry of Curravody, married to Philip Hawes Cross. 6x gt gps must have been Henry Baldwin/Alice Warren. Alice was also related to us. One set of Warrens are also my gtgps. Have another person interested Becher/Baldwin.Any info.appreciated
