Hi I am related to the sextons/quinlivans of Lissycasey.
My great grandmother was Bridget Quinlivan nee Sexton who married Michael Quinlivan of Lissycasey. Would be interested in finding more about the Sexton family. I have fair bit of information on the Quinlivan family. Bernadette Quinlivan

My Catherine was the daughter of Simon (or Sinon) Sexton and Catherine Collins. I don't know all that much other than she had brothers and sisters, Michael, Thomas, Patrick, and Annie. She came between Patrick and Annie and may have been called Katie. There were 13 children in all but these are the only names I know. They were related to the O'Deas and Catherine came to New Zealand with Suzie O'Dea in about 1917. There is a Michael Sexton buried in Lissycasey who is the right age to be her brother but I am not sure about that. I know that a niece of my Catherine lives/lived in Cranny but as of a couple of years ago was quite frail and elderly and I do not know if she is still alive.
