Hi.
Just happened to stumble across your enquiry on the Burns Family from achill.
It must be said that i'm not big into the family tree thing myself but if i can help you try to establish some info over here i will.

My name is Gavin Flanagan, son of a Helen Flanagan (nee BURNS). My grandfather Patrick Burns is currently in his 70's and was born on Achill Island. His father ( My great grandfather was MICHAEL BURNS who married a Lady called ANNIE LAVELLE.
