Looking for any information on Ann Rogers and her family.
Ann Rogers Canty in 1851, was living in New York, USA. She stated on a bank statement she was a native of Irishtown, 2 miles from Mullingar, County West Meath. It stated she was a confectioner. She was born about 1827 give or take 5 years. In the statement she said both her parents were dead. She was married to Michael Canty from County Cork, who was a confectioner (made candy).
Her son death record showed his mothers maiden name as Rogers.
Below Ann's statement was a bank customer who also stated she was from a town close to Mullingar. Rose Rogers she was also a confectioner. Her parents were also dead and she lived on the same house. Related?
