I am looking for some information on my great great grandfather john sweeney,who was born in tipperary in about 1832 and moved to sheffield,england about 1860.

Hi, My great-grandfather, Edward Sweeney, came from Tipperary. He was born bet 1810 and 1817. I THINK he came to the US about 1835-1840. Do you know if your John had a brother Edward? I haven't been able to find anything on Edward other than he listed his hometown as Moangariff on his marriage certificate. Would love to hear from you.
