please can some-one guide me in the right direction i am trying to find information on my great grand parent's joseph RUTTLE b 1861 and his wife mary b 1862 both born in ireland, apparently their surname is a palatine surname.their 3 children were also born in ireland.
they came over to the uk in 1890/91
