Buggy- I am looking for my gg grandfather, Patrick Buggy b.abt. 1797-1801.
migrated to canada 1830 along with a brother John?. John continued on to New York and did well there. There was also a brother Martin that remained in Ireland. Patrick married Johanna Ward from Kilkenny. I am not sure if they married in Ireland or Canada. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kilkenny forum
I am not sure if anyone can help me as my query is a bit vague and this is a step in the dark. If you visit the Tipperary section and look for Nyhan you will see I am searching for descendants or info re Mary Nyhan and her family who apparently lived at Emly House, Emly, Tipperary in the late 1800's. When she was alive my grandmother said her mother's family were the Mountmorres (de Montmorency) family of Emly but I cannot anything to help me except that the family name has died out and lands/estates and titles extinct. I am trying to find out about Mary's mother and father (Timothy Nyhan) coachman on the estate and her mother's relations (Mountmorres etc) and any of the Nyhans who might be alvie; I am told an uncle/cousin or brother John Nyhan was at one time (1960's?) Chief Contable of Dublin but cannot find anything about this either. As most of the Mountmorres homes were in Kilkenny I wondered if this might jog a memory or if anyone reading this can help me at all. Email me if you can; ***
Many thanks. Good luck with your searches.

Furlong Family history
I am looking for info related to my great, great grandparents, James and Ellen (Prendergast) Furlong. They were married sometime in the early 1800's and had at least 5 children; James (my great grandfather), Kieran, Anastasia, Eleanor, and Edmund. The family resided in Balleycommon, The Rower, Co.
