Patrick Brennan
I am researching my Brennan ancestors who left Pleberstown in Co. Kilkenny in the 1870s. Quite possibly their father Patrick died by early 1880's and is buried in Co. Kilkenny. Does anyone know if there are church records available or cemetery records? Thanks. 09/10/2006 12:20 pm

Brennan ancestry
My mother came to England when she was either 12 or 14 years of age between 1901 and 1910. We only have her marriage certificate but no birth certificate so everything we ask for is a 'shot in the dark'. She came over to England for look after wounded soldiers but this did not come to fruition as her services were not required when she arrived in England (liverpool). She lived with a family in Macclesfield and we think was taught by them as her command of the English language and also her handwriting were excellent. She then went into service with a family in Wilmslow and from there she married my father and lived in Chelford, Macclesfield for the rest of her life. Unfortunately she died when she was (we think) 56 although she could have been older. Does any of your ancestry link up to this?

Brennan family
Hi guys
I noticed the message concerning a BRENNAN female that came acros to the UK 1901 - 1910. Any further information?
I am searching for a BRENNAN male and female (sister of the male) who disappeared at the turn of the century ... just before or during the First World War
Any information would be gratefully received. Trying to crack a longstanding family mystery. If anyone else has a DANIEL JOSEPH BRENNAN or HELENE BRENNAN or BERNARD BRENNAN in their family tree ... please get in touch.
Please e-mail me direct
