Hello,
I am trying to find my ancestry but have come to a grinding halt. John Downey and Mary Ann Kearns were married in Liverpool in 1867. They were both born in Ireland, but on all the census records don't state which area. Mary's dad was William Kearns and John's dad was James Downey. This has driven our family to distraction for years, so if anyone could offer any advice or information we would be very grateful.
