Hi,
Anyone have info on a John/Peter Burns believed to be from scotland. Born i think between 1800-1830. He was a protestant and would have moved to ireland to teach, i think to teach as part of a protestant missionary. He done this on Achill island in co. Mayo.
I believe he was married twice.
Any info would be great.
