Fermanagh (county)
I am doing research on the Leith and Hamilton families. John Leith born 1778 Enniskillen, Devenish Parish. Married Jane Hamilton 1817. Jane Hamilton born 1784 in Ireland. I assume in the Fermanagh area. John and Jane had 5 children that I know of. This family immigrated to Quebec, Canada in about 1834.
I will be visiting Enniskillen and area in September 2009. I would like to do some research, visit cemeteries and explore.
Can anyone recommend a place to stay, interested in Bed & Breakfast or staying with a family or on a farm.
Would like to know if there are any Leiths or Hamiltons still living in Fermanagh vicinity.
