Looking for information on Robert Armstrong who married Julia McGrath and left around 1832. May have been banished for marrying Catholic Commoner

Not related but Julia was a witness in an 1829 murder case and subsequently applied to be funded to migrate to the US for her protection. I think you may find out earlier information about the family from this connection as her sister's husband was involved.
