Hello, I am new to the forum and trying to find anything about the Dillon family.
Thomas Dillon was born 5 July 1812 in Dublin. The family lived for a time in County Galway. We believe his parents were Mathew and Cherry Dillon. He had other siblings (see below). The Ship Oceanus from Liverpool, England to NY, dated 24 Sept. 1836 shows 11 Dillons arriving in the U.S. Matthew Dillon, 43 and a grocer, Cherry 45, Thomas 24, Thobald 21, Abbey 19, Cherry 1, Matt or Margaret? 25, Maria 25, Anne 12, Christopher 9 and George 6.
Could anyone provide me with any clues about any of the Dillons listed above?
