Looking for information on William McGowan b. 1796 (?) married to Sarah Moore b 1814 (?). Suppose to have lived in Newry town County Down. Came to US around 1847. One son William was born in Ireland in 1846-another son James may have been born in Ireland but don't know for sure. Any information appreciated.
