born cork c1800 daughter elizabeth born 1846 queenstown. elizabeth went to london, whitechapel 1860`s married there in 1866 father william was deceased at time of marriage. not known if william died in london or cork any info please
My husbands'grandfather was named William Johnsson McCarthy. He died in 1979, in Allegany Co. NY in the USA. His father 's names was John, They came from Ireland, from Co. Cork as far as we know. I would be glad to share info. with you ,may be a possible connection?
