Am trying to find out more about my husbands ancestors. His surname is Heaffey and I have traced back to great great grandad William john/ or John Heaffey who was born in mallow,Ireland in 1849 approx. He married Catherine whilst in America and they went to live in kensington Uk about 1885. As this is an unusual spelling/ name I would be grateful for any information before I have to track over to Ireland.
