Hello I have a Catherine who came out to Fremantle,Western Australia possible 1856.On her marriage certificate Jan 1857 her father is down as John Noonan a farmer from Westmeath and mother was Anna Keenehan. I found a birth cert. for Catherine with the above parents born 1830 in Co Westmeath although she told her children she was from Co Clare Regards Maxine

Hi Maxine, my grandmother was named Elizabeth Noonan and I believe her father was named John Noonan. I also believe they were from Co. Clare. You say you have seen a marriage certificate. Who is Catherine's spouse. Were there witness names on the certificate?
